Needed because on 8.5, the PDO ones trigger a deprecation message. IBM i specific tests also need this, but they don't run in CI yet.

I've had users test this PR and it seems for existing code. I'll probably cut a release for 8.5 RC1, so let me know anyone has any comments, otherwise I'll merge on Monday. |
